Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. I run a registered business. You will receive a full 23% VAT invoice for the completed website, which is fully tax-deductible.
What do I need to prepare to get started?
Ideally, you should tell me about your business and provide your own texts and photos. If you don't have materials – no problem. I can handle professional photo research and write sales copy for you.
How long does it take to build the website?
Business card websites are usually created within 7–14 business days from the moment we settle the details and sign the contract. This time includes revisions, consulting, deployment, and the configuration of your Google Business Profile.
Will the website work on mobile phones?
Absolutely. This is my priority (the Mobile First approach). The website will look perfect and perform fast on every smartphone, tablet, and computer.
What if I want to change something on the website?
Minor changes (e.g., a new phone number, photo replacement) are priced individually based on the scope of work – these are usually very small costs that we can agree upon in advance annually. However, if you plan frequent updates, I recommend the annual 'Peace of Mind' package for 200 PLN net. This price includes unlimited text and photo edits upon request throughout the year.
Does the offer include a CMS (Admin Panel) for self-editing?
By default, no. Setting up an admin panel generates additional subscription costs for maintenance and software updates to ensure security. Often, this cost exceeds the actual need for sporadic content edits. Furthermore, editing things like galleries can lead to uploading unoptimized photos, which will slow down the site. For business card websites, it is much cheaper and easier to simply commission edits to me for a symbolic fee (to be agreed upon in advance when signing the contract). Of course, if you require such a solution, I can price it as an additional service and deliver it.
Who owns the website? Is further cooperation required after delivery?
Absolutely not. The website belongs 100% to the client from the moment the invoice is paid and the site is launched. Hosting and domain are registered on the client's account, so you have full access to them. I also provide a package with the code, which can be modified freely or outsourced to someone else (in this case, you lose the one-year warranty on the site I created). The only condition is to keep the creator credit on the site as long as you use my design :) Nevertheless, I encourage and invite you to further cooperation whenever the need arises!
